Terms and Conditions – ma77 Platform Rules

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ma77 platform — whether through the website at ma77.vip, the ma77 mobile app for Android or iOS, or any other channel through which ma77 makes its services available — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ma77. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of ma77 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the ma77 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be an existing ma77 account holder registering a second account.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during the registration process.

ma77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a valid national identity card, passport or other government-issued identification. Withdrawal of funds may be held pending successful verification. This is a standard industry practice to protect both the player and the platform.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the ma77 platform complies with any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. ma77 does not represent that access to the platform is lawful in all locations, and we make no warranties in this regard.

3Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your ma77 account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential. ma77 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ma77 support immediately. You must also notify us if your contact details change, as we rely on the information you provide to communicate important account and security notifications.

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to use your account.
• ma77 accounts cannot be sold, transferred or assigned to another person under any circumstances.
• You must not operate more than one account at any time. Duplicate accounts, regardless of the reason for creation, will be handled in line with our multi-account policy.

ma77 reserves the right to close or merge any duplicate accounts identified and to apply proportional adjustments to balances where bonus abuse is found to have occurred through duplicate registration.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ma77 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and major debit and credit cards.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly after confirmation from your payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used. ma77 does not accept deposits from accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder — only use payment methods registered in your own name.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and are displayed in the cashier section of the platform.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks. First-time withdrawals in particular may require document submission before funds are released.
• Funds that were deposited via a specific payment method will generally be returned via that same method up to the deposited amount.
• ma77 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your own bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their standard transaction charges.

If ma77 suspects any transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering or a chargeback dispute, the relevant funds may be held and the account suspended pending investigation. ma77 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.

5Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ma77 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Pre-match bets are not affected by subsequent odds movements.
• ma77 reserves the right to limit bet amounts or refuse bets on any market without explanation at its sole discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to availability and may be suspended or removed at any time during a match.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed for more than 24 hours without a result being declared, pre-match bets will generally be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — commonly referred to as a "palpable error" — ma77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to settle before a payout is calculated. A voided leg in an accumulator is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator recalculates without that leg.

Cricket-specific rules cover PSL matches, T20 internationals, ODI series and Test matches. Outcomes follow the official results as published by the relevant cricket board. Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) revised targets are treated as valid match results for betting settlement purposes.

6Casino and Games

The ma77 casino section offers slots, live casino tables and other games provided by third-party software providers. All games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real dealers and physical equipment streamed from studios.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are determined by the individual game provider and are disclosed within each game's information panel. ma77 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Free spin wins and bonus game winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of any bonus through which the free spins were awarded.
• In the event of a game malfunction or server interruption, any bets in progress at the time will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance.
• Technical issues on the user's end — including network interruptions, device failures or browser crashes — do not entitle a player to a refund of a placed bet.

7Bonuses and Promotions

ma77 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general principles apply to all ma77 bonuses.

• Bonuses are added to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked before a withdrawal can be made. The specific multiplier applies to each individual promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household and per device.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or sports markets specified in the promotion terms. Using a bonus on excluded games will not contribute towards the wagering requirement.
• ma77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to an account.
• Any winnings generated from bonus funds that are found to have been obtained through abuse or exploitation of a promotion will be voided.

8VIP Programme

The ma77 VIP programme rewards consistent platform activity with tiered benefits including enhanced withdrawal speeds, personalised bonuses, dedicated account management at higher tiers and other perks as communicated by ma77 from time to time.

VIP tier status is earned through qualifying activity on the platform and is reviewed periodically. ma77 reserves the right to adjust a player's VIP tier if their qualifying activity level changes materially over a review period.

• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred.
• ma77 may modify the structure, benefits or eligibility criteria of the VIP programme at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players.
• VIP status does not exempt a player from any of these Terms and Conditions.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ma77 platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct may face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes in the sportsbook or casino.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions applied to an existing account.
• Using the platform for any activity that facilitates money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other stage of account use.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other users without authorisation.
• Any form of match manipulation, spot-fixing or action that undermines the integrity of a sporting event.

10Account Suspension and Closure

ma77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Reasons that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, age verification failure, providing false information, or concerns about problem gambling.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, ma77 will aim to complete the review in a timely manner. During a suspension, you will not be able to place bets, access games or make deposits or withdrawals.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily and have a remaining balance of real money funds, ma77 will process a withdrawal to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

11Responsible Gaming

ma77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all users of the platform. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a financial strategy or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

The following tools are available to all ma77 account holders at any time through the account settings section of the platform:

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for any matter that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

14Changes to These Terms

ma77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered account holders by email or via a notice within the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to discuss account closure. Continuing to use ma77 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
